These Terms govern your use of the service "Shitate" provided by at OFFICE Inc. ("we" or "us").
2. Account registration
You may register an account by following our procedures. We may decline registration at our discretion.
3. Fees and payment
You agree to pay the applicable fees per the pricing plan you select. Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Service changes / termination
We may modify or discontinue the service with notice. We are not liable for damages resulting from such changes.
6. Limitation of liability
Except for cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
